I’ve been communicating with them for a month on a 2023 triumph tiger. These bikes have a few recalls or as they like to call them “service bulletins “. (It sounds better). I ask the sales guy numerous times if they had been done. He said they had. So I drive 120 miles to get it. Write them a check for $22500. 12May23 These people are bold face liars in the service department. Be ready when you walk into the service department, because they will absolutely squeeze every dollar out of you they can. I dropped my four wheeler off because it was shutting off after getting up to 25mph. They diagnosed the problem as a faulty thumb switch ($120) part retail. To which they said it was gonna cost me $400 to replace said $120 switch, rated at a 2.5 hour repair. It sits on-top of the handlebars with 2 Screws, an electrical connector, and a t... read more

I will never do business with Got Gear again! They think they have a monopoly in the Jackson area so they don't even try to earn your business. It took them four months to do a brake job on my four wheeler and it wasn't due to supply chain issues. Multiple calls to the service technician handling the ticket AND to the service manager were never returned. When I picked it up they didn't even acknowledge or apologize for their poor customer service. Unacceptable.

We dropped our son’s go cart off in June of this year to be repaired. It was only 1 &1/2 years old and we purchased it from Got Gear. We were repeatedly told they were waiting on a part to come in OVER AND OVER AGAIN. Then about 3 weeks ago, the service manager, ***, told my husband the part has just come in that day. Then today he calls and is told they don’t even see that they have our go cart. The general manager, ******* *******, tells us that our go cart was actually stolen during a break in back in July! I WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM GOT GEAR. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AT ALL. WE PURCHASED A BIKE FROM THIS LOCATION IN EARLY 2021 AND THE NEXT DAY THE BOLTS STARTED TO FALL OUT OF IT, THE IGNITION/KEY SCREEN FELL OFF, THE BACK RACK BRACES COMPLETELY CAME APART FROM THE RACK CAUSING THE RACK TO FALL DOWN ONTO THE PLASTIC FRAME! THE PLASTIC IS NOW BROKEN FROM THAT AND THE EXAUST BRACKETS CAME LOOSE AND THE EXAUST PIPE IS HANGING. They have poor sales.. I went there a week ago. I stayed in there over 20min and no one acknowledged me for any help finding anything.. I was looking to purchase a side by side utv but quickly change my mind after poor service..

I had many issues with this company in receiving my title after purchasing what was supposedly a new 2017 honda rebel. I purchased this vehicle on Ebay. It was listed as new, when in actuality I was the 2nd owner of the vehicle. When I ultimately received the title it was damaged and altered. They had initially told me the process of procuring the lein release from Honda and subsequently a duplicate and undamaged title would have already started, then when I called to discuss ***** in the finance department changed her story... read more
