I wouldn't use this company if they paid me to I just read the reviews Got credit dude is a rip off
They supposedly did 2 rounds of dispute letters but I never got updates from Equifax, Experian or Transunion. I checked each bureau for disputes and they never received letters at the time Got Credit said they sent the letters. I called each bureau and talked to agents who gave me the same response. Got Credits system will tell you disputes are going out but the credit bureaus have no record of them. When you talk to agents at Got Credit they will tell you their records say they sent them out. I would not recommend.
Called the first time, guy didn’t know anything about credit. Called the second time to speak to someone else, got xfer to the same guy. CEO had to call and have him apologize because of his attitude. No credit work was done. No one reached out to me. Communication was horrible amd no one knew what to do next except for the ceo…. The community was trash. Just posting wins and no tangible info for anyone to use. Ceo has admin rights and filters posts. If they’re not congrats or a praise to him they’re deleted.
