Edit: I have since called and asked for the young lady at the front desks name, her name was lea. Used to love this place, but after my recent visit to this establishment as a walk-in on Tuesday the 28th, I must say the level of professionalism was disappointing. Why is there a young woman at the front desk cursing, throwing her arms around, and yelling in front of customers? Was management not present? I’m usually not someone who posts reviews, but I wanted to take the time to share my experience at Gossip Nails because it has consistently been amazing. The service I received was fantastic from start to finish. I got a Luminary manicure by Phoebe, and the results were exactly what I needed — clean, beautiful, and done with care. Im only giving 3 stars because my nail girl was good and the place is cute but the girl Daisy, the receptionist, is so rude I will never be back!
