worst experience I could possibly have, got my nails done last week and they’re already falling off. Got an infection after getting a pedicure, I went back and asked for a refund and to have my nails fixed and they refused a refund and said they’ll only pay for the cost of my medicine. They were so rude the entire time and kept speaking in their language and giggling amongst each other. So disappointing and appalled at the way I was treated
Lifting and breaking days after I got them done.for the price I pay I expect them to last more than 3 days without breaking or popping off. Extremely disappointing.
Not the first time this has happened. I went to Gossip in Plenty Valley this morning. I asked how much for acrylic refills and showed them the design I wanted (without the design it was $50). I was told $55 with the designer I wanted. However once done, the lady decided to charge me $65 and walked off for another lady to “finish” off the transaction. This is not the first time they’ve done this - you get told one price but they change it right at the end.
this place is horrible I came in yesterday, I payed $75 for French tip, they aren't even the same shape or length 4 fell off within a day after I got them done, they are see thru, bumpy and the frenchtip colour is coming off. I do not recommend this place
