when i removed the shilac they ruined my nails and i got home and realised it wasnt fuly removed, the lady got up half way through when she was doing my nails and i waited 5 minutes until another one came. the actual service itself and the customer service was terrible, definetly not going back
Horrible. Had a booking as soon as they opened, then they take too many walk in clients and try to rush their services. My nails are horrible and look like giant blocks on my fingers, not flattering at all as they are not filed properly. Make my finger bleed and they just look terrible. When i was deciding on a colour the lady kept rushing me because they had obviously taken too many clients to do the job properly!
I went to remove my nail and they literally ruined my nails so if you’re thinking of ruining your nails go to this place
