Jason Reiger left a 1-star review, and we have never used you guys, so I don’t know why that review was left. Obviously, you do a decent job because you have tons of cars there. We want to see small businesses grow.
If you want the job done right the first time this is the place to go! Gossett takes pride in their work and they stand behind it. Amazing customer service and always willing to go above and beyond to satisfy the customer.
I have serious concerns about the new owners and their ability to deliver quality work. They clearly do not respect the previous efforts made by the person they dismissed over record-keeping issues. I cannot recommend them. They have unfortunately left us in a difficult situation, as our car is now at another shop undergoing a second transmission rebuild. Shout out to GOSSETT Automotive in Gatesville Tx. My clutch went out on my mustang and it’s my only vehicle. I dog sit and had a job coming up and I needed my car. They went out of their way to make sure I had my car by the time I needed to leave, which was in 4 days. Not without mishaps of course. And I knew if there was going to be a mishap, it was going to be with the part. That’s exactly what happened. The part had been dropped before it had arrived and was bent.
