Came to do some work for my mom & left her plumbing much worse than it was before they came. Her bathrooms aren’t operable. Now they won’t answer the phone. It’s been a few weeks & no response. They are supposed to come back and finish. No response. They sure didn’t hesitate to take her money. I’m not dropping the issue. I’m reporting to the licensing bureau.
Started a job 6 months ago that has yet to be finished. Left hole uncovered. Have yet to finish digging and laying new pipe. Multiple excuses. Started a friend with same problem a month ago. But yet finished hers after a month of excuses. Said they needed a backhoe to finish ours. But yet had a backhoe one day they were here and used it on hers. I would not recommend them to anyone

With the freezing temperatures, I had busted pipes. I called Gossett Plumbing and they were out here within hours, and spent hours working on it until they got me all fixed up and water running again. Very fast response time, stayed until repairs were complete and nice guys too! I would definitely call on them again. Highly recommend!!
