Brought my 2011 Ford Explorer for an emissions related issue. Everyone was very professional, I received a call back at lunch with a diagnosis and cost estimate, and was able to take my car home same day. This was my first time at Goss but it won't be my last.
They were friendly and didn’t do repairs until they called and talked it through with me. The place was clean and they even gave me a ride to work! Definitely will use them again.
Fabulous experience! No BS. They serviced only what was necessary and let me know what service items will need serving much further down the road. Much appreciated! It’s great to find an honest automotive shop.
