Although I had to wait a month for scheduling that was fine since I had vacation already planned. The work took two weeks but was worth every day spent on repairs. The workmanship was excellent, attention to every detail which is why I gave them 5 star rating. I highly recommend Goss for any bodywork repair.
Goss Dodge on Ram side has a grest crew and it's my 4th vehicle from them since 2010. Availability of loaner vehicles is great, as I have kids and can't be w/o vehicle. Other than that from my own personal experience every issue I had they addressed promptly and staff is very helpful. Service manager Ryan I must say at ram part of shop is great! Thank you again to All at Goss Dodge. Another Services recently done was great. Put on new tires and they did great job treated with respect as always. March 2026 update.
I walked into Goss Dodge with a less than amazing credit score, and not a very strong opinion of big car dealerships because of past experience. But, Pete Gay, and the rest of the Goss team proved that's not the case. Pete was great, and I enjoyed working with him. With his help, and the help of the finance team, I drove away with a truck that far surpassed my expectations. Love my like new 2011 Ram 1500 Big Horn. Thank you Pete, and the team, for believing in me, and making it happen. Goss Dodge, Good people !
