RecommendedWe found them online and Jeremy and Stephanie were great to work with!
customer service lady offered little help after we made our selection. We furthermore had to move, and load the unit out of the store into our car while she put her coat on and had a conversation with the other employee that came in during the time we were in the store and NO help was provided. Not friendly, not to helpful. The unit we bought was ok however after getting it home we noticed the damaged top cover due to servicing the unit. Unit functions but was NOT worth the cost or lack of help. I would not recommend them.
Pretty upset. I called weeks ago to set up an appointment. Had my daughter take off work to be there only to have them not show up. When I called to ask about it they said they tried to call in the morning to confirm and because I didnt answer they gave the spot to someone else. I made the appointment so it should be assumed I would be there. Very upset and will be taking my business elsewhere.
After buying a washer that clearly doesn’t work, they deserted me. Nice at first then it’s like you never existed.
Just had my stacked washer/dryer delivered by your guys and they picked up two washers and a dryer. They had stairs to deal with and it was not an easy task for them! They even removed a cabinet from the wall in order to better fit the unit where I wanted it. The gals you have working in your store were great to deal with too! So as long as everything works as it should, I’ll be recommending you to everyone and I’ll be back if I’m ever in need of another appliance!
Just called in to the store & received very helpful information about how to lookup the cost of the part for my GE washer... which saved me the expense of their service fee since the part would have to ordered anyway. Glad to know there are such nice people in Eau Claire...!!!!
bought a washer, dryer, and fridge from them all 3 are not working properly after less than a year. we gave them our working but outdated appliances and are now left with not properly functioning ones.
