Blue haired person at minor injuries reception was very rude, blunt and dismissive which is a shame as the rest of the staff seem lovely but unfortunately this was overshadowed by how rude they were upon arrival.
This place is excellent, literally the best however the blue haired person on the desk is probably the rudest person in the building.
Visited today. VERY CLEAN . Nice friendly staff. Put you at ease, receptionists and the Diagnostic and imaging team are a credit . As well as all the staff working there. Just like a hospital should be like

Always taken care of very well when I’ve needed to use this service. Special thanks go out to Rajesh who was compassionate and helpful, and very understanding of my difficulties with the situation at hand. He made my experience more tolerable and got to the core of the issue effectively.
