I had a very deep cut in my hand from a silly accident and went to the War Memorial hospital. The staff from reception to treatment were amazing. They treated me with the best care. Thank you
Atrocious signage. People do not need a maze to discover when trying to visit loved ones.
If I could put less than one star I would this place is completely useless and horribly dismissive. I had been referred by 111 to go there since I had tight chest and back and was struggling with severe shortness of breath just to be told to have some cough medicine 🤦🏼♀️ I had expressed that I was extremely tired after lack of sleep for 2 weeks and got told they can do nothing for me. Amazing staff
Ended up going straight after work for a medical issue as willow group ended 2, on hold calls in queue for around an hour each call, war memorial staff were amazing, got there at 515, saw 2 hour wait sign was triaged and seen with a prescription in hand and out door by 547... Nurses were amazing Thank U once again x
