I had an 7.4kw/h panel installation in the Fall of 2019 and it was an overall positive experience. The salesman, Brad Vietje, was great for being available and answering questions via email and phone. He came to my house numerous times to explain things and help me reach the best decision for me and my property. I wrote the review below in 2019. In late 2020, I attempted several times to reach GoSolar NH about adding more panels to my system and subsequently heard that Jake Ottolini had closed his business. This explained why he hadn't returned my phone calls. Since then, I have contracted with another vendor to add the panels and to monitor my system. We met with Jake on a number of a occasions regarding some uncertainty and lots of questions that he answered and overcame all of my objections. He offered a very detailed quote along with upgrading our 100 amp service to a 200 amp service and let me know the processes all along the way with all the permits and also dealing with Eversource. We needed a New pole and transformer all supplied from Eversource for the upgrade of Solar we had installed on our home. We had a 32 panel system installed on our roof. Everyone at Go Solar was great to work with throughout the entire process. Jimmy was very knowledgeable and answered all of questions along the way. Would Highly recommend!!!
