We have been renting for 10 years in the same house, and were first managed by a company that didn't care about the property, owner, and least the renters. I am completely baffled with the negative review left for this Realtor! My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with, and trusting, Gosnell Realtors for over 25 years. Dave & Vickie have handled all of our property purchases, sales, and the management on rental properties without any issues. Communication is pristine and responds same day. Gosnell realtor is the worst I’ve seen and deserves a zero (0) or less rating! They are unprofessional and liars. They would hold rental payments from the property owners very late in the month and say the tenants paid Gosnell realtor late trying to cause the owner to go into foreclosure. We (the owners) found out that tenants paid their rent on the 1st every month religiously. On an incident, there was water damage to the floor from the overflow water of the dishwasher and/or refrigerator, and Vicki called the owners days l... read more
