The good: my salesman was very good, kept me informed all thru the process. I also received the title within a week of purchasing the car. The bad: this place closed permanently 2 days after my purchase, leaving the friendly staff there without jobs during these tough economic times. Well these guys are legit. Come to Big John and TJ Smith if you know what you can afford and they will put you in it. No nonsense professionals for import vehicles. They know their craft and product. !!!!!NOT WORTH YOUR VALUABLE TIME!!!!! After marketing my vehicle on facebook was contacted by John Eckelberry the sales Manager who offered to buy my car, at my asking price. After driving over an hour to get the car to him on december 2nd, he walked his price down over 4k then what we originally agreed on.
