If your car is a 2009 and their jets clean blow your back window off, they will take no responsibility. The window was not cracked and was secured. The management was rude and it took them over 36 hours to contact me. Their only apology was the manager mistakenly told me someone would contact me the next day. I asked for the video from the manager at the time of the incident and ***** refused to provide it or email it. My glass did not break but was in one piece when it blew off.
