Extremely tiny dirty and poorly maintained apartment. Everything falling apart. Exorbitantly overpriced. Irresponsible and incompetent landlord and having to beg for maintenance that I might not even receive. Outdoor maintenance workers using power equipment early in the morning. Mold in the bathroom and rotting ceiling. Worst year of my life here and cannot wait to be done with the lease, let this review be your sign to never move here.
the apartment is decently located, however the people they allow to be landlords are extremely unprofessional. a faulty maintenance man directly above my apartment caused water to seep through my ceiling and walls spanning from the kitchen area to the bathroom area. he was told he could no longer do work in the complex, then a couple weeks later he is back being extremely loud with power tools from 5AM until at least noon, for weeks on end. From the bottom of my heart, I wish that whomever numbered and designed the setup of these buildings never has that sort of job again. The apartments are numbered randomly like 1801, 1802, 1808, 1809, with the other numbers thrown on the other side of the building. Half of the buildings face away from you so you can't see the building number. I deliver all over delco and this is by far the worst and most annoying apartment complex setup I have ever seen.
