I have been with Goshen VA for 11 years, I have grown more disappointed every year. I have been sent to Marion, IN or Fort Wayne, IN for prescriptions or a photo card. Had low doses of flu shots instead of the stronger senior flu shot. Poor hearing aids, horrible parking in Fort Wayne, IN., and a maze inside to figure out where to go. Poor to no followups. Bills transferred to Medicare. What's the point. The veterans card to use at hardware stores is the only positive advantage. After 11 years, I am out.
