I would give them negative stars if I could. The lady kept talking over me multiple times when trying to explain my situation so we could get the correct type of appointment. When I answered one of her questions she spoke over me again and that time I didn’t stop talking so I could finish what I was saying and then she threatened to block my referral if I didn’t let her talk?
