My Dad has an urgent need to get into this office and has an urgent referral from his family doctor. After leaving MANY voice mails with scheduling as well as the one I left pleading for a call back he was forced to go elsewhere due to NO response at all! This is so frustrating and disappointing! Maybe the doctor he got into right away will consider emergencies a true emergency and help my Dad instead of ignoring him! Beyond disappointed & frustrated!
