Was referred here for after surgical care, arrived and was promptly told that was not their job and that I had to go to the ER.
I don't usually leave reviews on here, but finding a good and responsive doctor is important (and oftentimes difficult). I hope this context helps others in their search. I have been going to Dr. Berger's office for nearly a year. During that time, I have been transferred to 3 different PCPs. None of the doctors were willing to continue my prescription for PREP (HIV prevention), because they didn't understand what it was - they even used part of a visit searching Google to learn about it. The clinic is very nice and I like the support staff. One issue I have ran into is that transferring orders to other clinics is sometimes difficult. And you need to re-call the clinic to make sure the medical orders are transferred correctly. Often there is a student observing the practice of the staff but not always.
