I was referred by my family doctor to get to the bottom of an issue I was having. The doctors here were very thorough I felt all my questions were answered. I was called with results from an MRI quickly. Staff is friendly and easy to reach by phone.
I tried to get an appointment to deal with a minor but painful ear issue. Called and got the run around for four days. They insisted on getting a referral from my primary doc. They had to talk with the MA. Said they would call me back, never did. I called multiple times over three or four days asking for an appointment... always getting excuses.
