I always feel blessed to visit the medical centre, the receptionist, Doctors (Dr Gabriel and Simon), nurses etc are all professional and handle patients well. I will highly recommend this for everyone.
Won’t be going back, I get doctors run late but this practice is minimum 45min every time even when I’m the only one in there. Today I was sick and heavily pregnant and after waiting 50min I got the most dismissive and rushed appt and pretty much had to beg for a sick note for my rostered swing and was told I can only have 4 days and if I need longer I have to come in for another appointment. If I’m waiting that long and paying that much I expect the same treatment as everyone else.
