I really am not sure why we stayed here so long. There were times that I would be on my way, they would call and cancel my appointments. Telehemed was none existent, because everytime they would say, they called and I didn't answer. Never heard that from anyone else, but here because they are lazy. My prescriptions would take a week to be faxed. Every receptionist they have are not trained. Some would answer the phone, others would pick up, place you on hold and not come back. I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this medical facility. I had scheduled an appointment well in advance, only to have it canceled not once, but twice in a row. Each time, there was a complete lack of clear communication informing me of the cancellations, which left me confused and frustrated.
