Mrs Watkins is the best! She worries about her patients. She is very thoughtful, sensitive, and understanding! She will bust your chops if you aren’t doing what you should, but only because she cares! She is the best healthcare provider I have ever had!!!
The medical staff is very professional and caring. My mother is a patient there and receives quality care. However, the office staff is disorganized and very messy. I had an appointment made for my mother same day but different times.
I just started going here to establish a new PCP and I couldn't have found a better family doctor. I do wish they had a better patient Portal, but it's worth it with the actual care that I receive from the front desk to the lab tech to Heather Watkins, NP. The whole office bends over backwards to take care of me and my health. Heather really digs into my labs and works diligently with my symptoms and health history. I never have to wait long either. I live it here.
