Great place to go . Real nice people. Very understanding people. They listen to you and take what you have to say to heart.
I have always had great experiences at Goshen neurocare. I started with Dr Russell when I was 21 years old (1998) and newly diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.
Wish I would have taken a second to read the reviews. I do NOT recommend this business if you have any type of injury. Go to OSMC. It has been over a week to receive results of a test that I had done. I placed multiple calls checking the status of said test, only to be never given an answer. When I finally did call Dr Neer's nurse, the voicemail said they were on vacation. So vacations are more important than a patient's wellbeing, at least to this joke of a company. Find somewhere else to go.
This place is a joke I was diagnosed with MS in May of 2022 was seen in Goshen Hospital by Nafzinger, still to this day I am in constant pain and nothing is being done. Was scheduled today for a MRI for current symptoms only to be told I needed to be there 30 minutes early after confirming appointment for 2pm.. wanted me to rescheduled the level of care is non existent at this place. Save your self time and money and go else where.
