A massive shout-out to Lyudmila for an incredible online session with my aspiring teachers! Everyone enjoyed grooving through meditation, exercise, and dance. What a perfect way to re-energize as a community during final exams and celebrate the end of the semester. Thank you so much!
Goshen Grooves is a wellness experience. It’s a dance and groove session full of free flowing movement set to various genres of music. It encompasses the total body and mind wellbeing. The instructor makes you feel welcome and at ease. Her positivity radiates to all in the room and you leave the class with a sense of energy and joy that lasts throughout the day and resonates throughout the rest of the week. Try it. You will LOVE it!
I enjoyed the experience of grooving with the fifth-graders! They were very responsive and engaged! I promised to be back with a new holiday Playlist!
Ludmilla is a sweet amazing facilator of Groove . I really loved her amazing zoom groove class . She had me smiling , laughing and moving in a fun way the hour went by so fast . Her playlist was amazing with a variety of genres . Highly recommend taking one of Ludmillla class either on zoom or in person . You will not be disappointed and you will be smiling during and after class .
Ludmilla is an absolute GEM!! She loves to groove and spreads her love to anyone lucky enough to join her. She leads from the heart and I encourage you to join her if you have the chance.
