I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Goshen Animal Clinic. As a pet owner, it is crucial to find a veterinarian who genuinely cares about the well-being of our furry friends. Unfortunately, this clinic fell far short of my expectations. Firstly, my dog was misdiagnosed by the vet, which led to unnecessary pressure for an exploratory surgery. Goshen Animal Clinic I have been taking my two dogs to the Goshen Animal Clinic for their routine veterinary care for several years. My Doberman, Zach has also had three major surgeries done in their office. I have always always felt that the care my pets have received there was phenomenal. I was never told my appointment was curbside so I was left standing outside & filling out paperwork WHILE holding my dog on a 90 degree day. Then I was told one price when I scheduled the appointment & confirmed it but charged DOUBLE that price in-person because they performed unauthorized exams. When I called to ask why I was charged double, nobody returned my calls and when I went in person I was told I could "no longer come back" even though I had an appointment for my 2nd dose of vaccines. RecommendedDr. Carier is great! She helped me and my furbaby through a very scary time and I could tell that she cared deeply. The staff are so awesome! They know my dog is crazy but they love her for it. My dog loves to go there and see them!
After moving from Pa 4 years ago, I finally found a vet that I trust to take my dogs to! Not only do they have really reasonable rates, especially for Montgomery County, they also take the time to have genuine conversations with you. Thank you from Chuck and Schroeder for making our teeth clean and healthy!

Glad I switched to this clinic, the vet and staff are very attentive and knowledgeable and they accept my dog's health insurance.
The staff and doctor here are amazing! I feel they really understand that our pets are our fur babies and not just pets. We unfortunately had to put one of our dogs of 15 years down today and I felt they handled it with dignity and compassion.
