Expect to be dealing with the front desk staff instead of a vet tech or the Doctor. And expect that when the Doctor orders you a prescription you will never be able to make a quick call to find out a simple question about a reaction. And expect the drug they prescribed to be only available through them, and very expensive to support tje front desk staff.   They will not give you the more cost-effective, generic or other drug available. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Goshen Animal Clinic. As a pet owner, it is crucial to find a veterinarian who genuinely cares about the well-being of our furry friends. Unfortunately, this clinic fell far short of my expectations. Firstly, my dog was misdiagnosed by the vet, which led to unnecessary pressure for an exploratory surgery. I was never told my appointment was curbside so I was left standing outside & filling out paperwork WHILE holding my dog on a 90 degree day. Then I was told one price when I scheduled the appointment & confirmed it but charged DOUBLE that price in-person because they performed unauthorized exams. When I called to ask why I was charged double, nobody returned my calls and when I went in person I was told I could "no longer come back" even though I had an appointment for my 2nd dose of vaccines.
