I sent an email with details of current diagnosis, list of medications and current medical issues. I am looking to transfer psychiatrists after a recent move. My GP sent these guys a referral on the 20th Apr 26 and it took them nearly a month (replied 17th Jun 26) to advise they weren't able to accommodate the referral. I would advise you to look elsewhere for a clinic that cares about their patients time rather than just their own workload.
