I had a very bad experience. It took me three hours to get an oil change, but the thing is they were finished with my car for an hour before they did the paperwork very unsatisfied.
Took the car in for a routine oil and tire rotation. Within 2 days my tire pressure in the back driver side was down to 20 psi. After getting a flashlight and investigating, I discovered that the steel tread was sticking through all the way around the tire. Now, I know it was there when they rotated the tires. Why nobody told me is beyond belief. I could have had a blowout in a severe accident. I am upset about it.
