I had a 1:00 appointment and was told it would be a 2-3 hours I bought the 2000-2003-2006–2009-2013-2017-2020 Santa Fe Do for new Check in writer had nothing to say Told him I would go somewhere else He gave me my key Went elsewhere 15 minutes and cheaper Not trying to save money though my appointment meant something
Easy check in for service. Professional staff. Wish expected time for service completion was closer than what as been the last two times I took my car in. Each time it was 45 minutes to an hour longer.
Anthony was fast and friendly, got me in quick and got me out in less than an hour. That’s fast service specially during these times! Great job everyone at the service center. Technician sent a video of recommendations and that was great to have and to know what’s going on during the process. Thank you
