The service tec. that checked my car in was very pleasant and waited for me to pick up my vehicle after calling to let him know that I will be a little late to pick up my car after closing time. The only disappointment was that I was promised a Tim Moran family package that includes a car wash. When I picked up my car it was not washed.
It took over two hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. with a appointment.
