Worst lawyer in town. Ripped my dad off 20k and did absolutely nothing. My dad had to do everything with paperwork and sending it out constantly instead of this being handled by the lawyer. Constantly asked for paperwork he already had that we had proof of sending cause he cannot keep track of anything. 3 months later the “agreement” had not been held to so Mike was contacted and he’s trying to charge him again. Paid Day $3500 between two cases. Did nothing that a free public defender wouldn’t have been able to do. Don’t waste your money. This was over two years ago now sill kicking myself over not doing more research on this office before I paid them as I see other people previously had similar experiences to mine. Hopefully this helps somebody that is doing their research before they fork over their money.
He took money from a disabled woman who was trying to protect her daughter from her abuser, and sold out this little girl for- how much did you get from them exactly, Mr. Gorte?! How much did they give you to just leave town and abandon us completely?! How much to have her go back and then to have the abuse escalate to a whole new level?! Was it worth it?!?! You literally make me sick.
