Everything about our visit was perfect. We had the 7 course lunch menu - the food was fantastic and well thought out, the service was perfect and there is a really inviting atmosphere in the restaurant. We liked how all of the creations were locally sourced and seasonal. One of us had the vegetarian tasting menu which was just as good as the non veggie version. Had lunch tasting menu with my wife and son here, the food is amazing and delicious.
Always a warm welcome at Gorse. The menu was outstanding. Perfectly captures the ethos of food grounded in Wales and the land. The sommelier is exceptional. Between our group we had both the wine & soft pairings and loved every choice. The best non-alcoholic drinks menu I’ve seen. Playlists is always on-point. 5* for the music alone
