Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this company and cannot recommend them. They claimed the laptop was damaged internally and tried to reduce the online estimate by over $100 and ended up sending it back to me. I suspect they damaged the laptop when they opened it as it was never opened while in my possession.
I am very pleased and satisfied with my selling experience through GoRoostr. Their offer to buy was among the highest (though not the highest), but their reviews are what made me go with them instead of the highest offer. They sent me a prepaid label, emailed me progress reports where my computer was in the process, and sent payment within a day of receipt. They were also quick to answer any emails I sent. They gave me an offer of $490 for my MacBook Air. Once they received the laptop I got an email from customer support that stated the laptop had some finish wear on it from where a sticker had been placed and because of this they had to lower the offer to $405 as the laptop would no longer be deemed in flawless condition it would be considered in good condition.
