I’ve had a Great experience with GoRoostr. I’ve traded in an IPad, a phone and a watch and all three time had a very good experience.I looked up three companies to trade in my devices and GoRoostr was the highest payout. Bank payout was super quick (one business day). Overall a smooth process. I would recommend them 💯!
I originally wanted to sell my Mac Air 16 m5. They offered me what they offered me. I accepted while the offer had not been sent to my Venmo yet. I changed my mind and I pleaded with them to send it back and I would cover the shipping. They totally disregarded my pleas and told me the payment has been made. So if you decide to sell make sure that that’s the route you want to go. In my opinion they should have sent my item back! Shame on you!
GoRoostr deserves more than 5 stars. They gave me the best price (by more than 25%) and the process was just slick. I did something stupid and sent an email for help and got a response within an hour and was able to fix my stupid. Then, once my box arrived, the money was in my account within 24 hours. I wish I had more stuff to sell! But, for sure, when I do, it will be with GoRoostr.
Updated Review - The team at GoRoostr reached out regarding my original review, and after further discussion we were able to come to a compromise on the grading they assigned. While we didn’t fully agree on every detail, I appreciated their willingness to engage, explain their process, and work toward a fair resolution.
