Gormley was great to work with. We needed to remove a 40+ year old picture window and fix rotted siding that was allowing water to infiltrate our home. Ryan was very knowledgeable and worked with us to find the best solution for is. Keith and his crew were courteous and respectful of our home. Our realtor insisted on a stucco inspection when we bought our home, and thank god she did... total rot from the top down. She had worked with Gormley Construction before and connected us during the closing process. Not only did Ryan come out under tight time constraints to quote the job for our seller credit negotiations, but they performed a phenomenal job when it came time to remediate. We used Gormley Construction for stucco remediation. When we were in the process of buying our house, our inspections revealed major water damage due to the stucco and flashings not being installed properly. We wanted the entire stucco replaced with Hardie board. Gormley removed the stucco, fixed the underlying water damage and installed Hardie board.
