Gormans delivered our things on time but a few of our things were damaged. The response from the leader of the team was that things like the damaged shelf "never travels well." For the broken picture frame he said "you could just put a few nails here to fix it." For the broken container he said I could put in a claim if I liked but will be unlikely to get compensation for cheap things like the broken container.
