My sister and I organised a bouquet for our parents 56th wedding anniversary. The service was very friendly and attentive and the bouquet was ready to pickup at my nominated time. Thank you, my mother was delighted. I'm sure Dad was too, but y'know, he's a bloke...!

Worst experience ever had, paid 150$ for a bouquet, communicated well what i want by showing the bouquet in the display and requested to make the same one with adding some more roses and she agrees but when we received it was completely different and we politely asked why it is not same and she said she dont have same flower and started being rude, at one moment i can be happy if she just nicely talk or apologise but instead of that she start showing attitude, we paid for it and we deserve what we ask for she can do some cha... read more
