1 they thinking an amendment solves every issue even if you have a document that says you don't need an amendment. Their receptionist who is not a tax professional will tell you for any issue Amendment. They make you wait two and a half weeks before getting to your paperwork to tell you there's a problem with your paperwork and I won't be in the office.
