What's the most basic part of filing taxes? Copying the correct amounts into boxes from your W2 and they couldn't even get that right. Go somewhere else if you don't want to end up owing hundred of dollars years later due to their incompetence! The only year I ever used a professional tax service and we just got a letter we owe as they didn't copy amounts correctly. They won't refund your $ if they make a major mistake either! RUN from this place!
