As a first time home buyer, Chris and Suzanne were excellent throughout the whole process. They let us take our time and offered unbiased feedback as true real estate partners. In addition to the deal advisory (we closed for ~5-10% under list) they have close relationships with a suite of top notch vendors that make the process seamless. This would include- lawyers, loan officers, home inspectors, insurance agents, and anything else you need. My wife and I are happily moved into our new home and could not thank them enough.
Chris & his team have been insanely helpful with my home buying process as a first-timer! Being in the Heritage area here in Wake Forest, the Gorman Residential team was able to give me the inside scoop on which location would fit my lifestyle the best.
