As a first time home buyer, Chris and Suzanne were excellent throughout the whole process. They let us take our time and offered unbiased feedback as true real estate partners. In addition to the deal advisory (we closed for ~5-10% under list) they have close relationships with a suite of top notch vendors that make the process seamless. This would include- lawyers, loan officers, home inspectors, insurance agents, and anything else you need. My wife and I are happily moved into our new home and could not thank them enough.
