I am moving from Florida to Manchester CT. I like doing business locally, so I called Gorman Insurance to discuss the matter, but got Karen's voicemail. I left a message with the gist of my needs. Then I waited 2 days. Finally, Mikhala called back and we spoke for about an hour regarding my insurance needs. I gave her all the details for creating a quote and she said she would be calling me back today (Monday) at 1:00 pm. I am still waiting! If people hate working there, they should quit! We had used Tony Gorman in the past, with good results. This last time, however was terrible. Tony found us a good price on business insurance, then dropped the ball. He never got back to us with the needed information or invoice, so we were charged a late fee, by the time we received our bill. When contacted about this, he still never got back to us.
