We miss Sarah at the plumbing counter and wish she would return.
I entered Gormans last week with the intention of ordering a new kitchen faucet. Granted it would be a $900 sale and not a whole house, but imagine after being there 20 minutes looking at faucets, taking pictures and walking around not one of 4 sales people left their cubicle desk to see if we needed assistance. Very unprofessional. Contacted them several times to verify parts were in stock and available. Drove over an hour and was told they are not available to me. Had to find a legitimate company to get them from. Will never use or recommend. We are a national company with over 600 techs and they won’t get our business.
They close at 5PM and i got waved off at 4:30.
Ask for Dan, very knowledgeable and friendly.
