Bay City Lofts Green Bay 2510 University Ave. I was told by management to keep my Ass pure as the white snow or I will be evicted. Don’t report anything. We have no manger, no sidewalks shoved, at night, no respect by my neighbors children run all night, don’t report you’ll become a nuisance and be evicted. Garbage area is an issue. Waiting to run into rats, skunks 🦨 etc. etc. My sister came to visit me, her exact words were is this place filthy and it is. We have no maintenance 👨🔧 staff. Such a disappointment 🥲
