Ordered the GO68HD Loading ramp and electric hoist setup. Came within 3 days to my door. It is a very good quality ramp. Had it installed within the hour.
Purchased Go 15, 50, and 62 with a few accessories. Great quality and good value when considering the longevity of these machines. Their machines are built to last. I can honestly say my machines are worked and I can’t thank them enough for putting quality in to their products. With all the new products on the market gorlitz continues to provide a product that works at a reasonable price. I am competitive because my equipment works with out break downs. Really disappointed with the customer service from Gorlitz. I am looking to purchase a snake that is about $4k, but have tried to call 4 times, emailed 3 times over a month period and not one single reply, even left voicemails and follow up email. I love the Gorlitz equipment and would really like to own some, but I can't believe they would be willing to miss out on a $4k+ sale because they won't even reply to a simple question of what all is included with the purchase. Gorlitz; the best product in the market! I managed 102 properties so it made sense to invest in buying the best tools and equipment. If Gorlitz had the same quality in costumer service as the quality of their product, they would represent the American story; "be the best of the best" Made in the USA.
