Never met someone who discourages customers to not buy their products. Why is this person even allowed to deal with customers is beyond me. Just crazy
UPDATE: Gorlitz customer service handled everything fantastically, comped me a 3/8” cable drum when my initial one was damaged in-transit. The machines have both paid for themselves two-fold, still working flawlessly. I will never use another sewer machine — perhaps literally, this thing is German-rugged and I think it may outlive me. Also, I sounded like a whiny little shite who didn’t get everything he wanted on Christmas. It was my fault I didn’t purchase the roller system on my initial order. Will stick with another company. Could be a little more pleasant to deal with on the phone, other companies make good products as well. What ashame, I was ready to order a few machines. Gorlitz makes a great machine, but there customer service isn't the same. Just a tip, be as helpful as possible, sound like you care, don't interrupt, being busy doesn't mean you can't take 1 min of your time to explain a product or how things work.
