Good doctor, knowledgeable, calm manner, but the absolute WORST front office of any medical group I have been with. No one ever answers the phone so you are forced to leave a message even for something as routine as scheduling an appt. They rarely return calls so you call over and over. Orders are not sent to other doctors, mammogram orders are not sent so you have to go to the office and wait until they find someone to fill out the order. Refills are not called in.
