I was unhappy with my visit. One nail was crooked, so I came back to have it fixed. Instead of correcting it, it was made worse — shorter, wider, and completely uneven compared to the rest of my nails. I left feeling very frustrated and upset. I ended up having to go to another salon and pay extra to have the nail redone properly.
went in today for the first time and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The pedicure felt rushed because my tech wanted to move on to another client. The polish looked uneven, like it had been done in a hurry, and my nails weren’t filed or shaped properly. I also got an acrylic fill that was done in about 7 minutes—no shaping, no attention to detail. They even wanted to charge extra just to remove cuticles, which is normally included.
