Jess is amazing; came back today after 2 years for my keratin. Only keratine I get done inside the US is with her, 100% recommend
0/10 experience, absolute worst haircut of my life. Told her I wanted an inch off and somehow I’m missing 6+ inches and a partial bob in the front. Idk where she got all these glowing reviews. Going to take years to get back to where I want to be with my hair growth.
