I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Hair Spa Melbourne with the so-called G-Spa Signature VIP Hair Treatment Ritual was disappointing to say the very least. This treatment is marketed as a premium, luxury ritual, but in reality, it was nothing more than an overpriced glorified hair wash.
