I gave Gorilla Whips more than a fair chance. After five separate warranty claims for the exact same problem, I finally decided enough was enough. The weak link with Gorilla is the plastic exterior tube. Every time, it would come apart right where the base meets the tube. I ride a lot of tight trails, so durability isn’t optional—it’s a must. Whips work good. One of my whips was bad out of the box. They had me warranty it but not sure why I had to pay for shipping when it was a manufactured defect right out of the box. I would understand if I took the machine out and/or was months later but the product was bad out of the box.
They stood behind their warranty 100%! Great customer service! Super happy!
