Whips work good. One of my whips was bad out of the box. They had me warranty it but not sure why I had to pay for shipping when it was a manufactured defect right out of the box. I would understand if I took the machine out and/or was months later but the product was bad out of the box.
They stood behind their warranty 100%! Great customer service! Super happy!
