Top tier service. I had a flat 20 miles outside of tallahassee and I live 2.5 hours away. Not only did they answer on the first ring, they stayed open past business hours while the tow truck rescheduled 3x and took 2 hours, not even picking me up until 6. They stayed in constant communication and were ready to rock and roll the moment I got there. Before I even signed the paperwork with the driver, they had my car on the rack and working on it. Maybe actually show up to a job instead of giving what would've been a paying customer the runaround for 3 days, and I'm still broke down if anyone knows a mobile diesel mechanic that'll show up let me know..... Thanks
Hours state 7a-6p on Saturday. It’s 9:03 on Saturday and we have been sitting here waiting…no sign of life, no answer when called. Not professional at all, not a good business look
