I have to be honest, we definitely left unsatisfied with the detailing job even after having to wait while we had them redo things twice. All surfaces (dash, doors, steering wheel) still have a greasy feel to them like they used a dirty rag or some unsuitable cleaner... and it still smells really strongly of old air freshener or cleaner which was one of the main issues I mentioned to the detailer when I brought it in.
