Had an issue a few months ago with a squirrel making his home in my bathroom fan vent and stuffing it up with peanuts! I found GPS through Home Depot's contractor network, Mike was fast to respond, compared to the other two. Both Mike and Nelson were great to deal with! They both communicated well, were quick to respond, and I haven't had issues with wildlife in my exhaust vents since!
Gorilla Property Services did an excellent job. I will definitely have them back to clean gutters again and can highly recommend their services.

Before today, I had struggled to find someone who could clean my second story dryer vent from the outside. Because my washer and dryer are stacked in a closet on the second floor, I couldn’t move them like every other company wanted me to. Mike was great when I contacted him and booked very quickly! The crew that came today was efficient and knowledgable… Easily getting the job done! Highly recommend!
