Our Strata hired Gorilla Property Services to remove moss from the roofs of multiple units in our complex. Either the moss was never treated properly or wasn't treated at all as within a year there was still the same amount of moss as before we hired them. When our Strata Manager tried to get in touch with them to see what they could do they said they would come and check it out but never did. When we emailed again they stopped responding. They do not stand behind the work they do and have very poor customer service.
